Framed Pounamu Adze in MADINZ Presentation Box

The Chief wore or carried a Toki (Adze) on ceremonial occasions as a symbol of his status establishing him as a man of authority, rank and strength.
 
The adze comes in many shapes and shades of green therefore each Toki will be individually unique.
